How far is the closest airport to Careyes? ↑

When traveling to Careyes, visitors have two airport options. Manzanillo (ZLO) International Airport is approximately 1.5 hours south of Costa Careyes while Puerto Vallarta (PVR) International Airport is approximately 2.5 hours north of Costa Careyes. 


Is there a charter service available from Puerto Vallarta (PVR) to Careyes? ↑

Yes, a small private charter operates from Puerto Vallarta to the Chamela land strip, which is located in Chamela, approximately 15 minutes north of Careyes.

Do you offer ground transportation? ↑

Yes, our concierge staff can help arrange your ground transportation from Manzanillo (ZLO) or Puerto Vallarta (PVR) international airport directly to your villa.

Do you recommend a rental car? ↑

Taxi service is available but we recommend your renting a car while visiting Careyes.

What services does your concierge provide? ↑

Pacific Luxury Villas wants you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest and our experienced concierge staff is available to help you with virtually anything you may want or need during your vacation. We can help you arrange ground transportation from the airport, car rentals, local restaurant dinner reservations, lost luggage, assistance with reconfirming your return flights and/or any changes to your airline reservations as well as reservations for local tours and activities including fishing outings, horseback riding, sea turtle programs and massages just to name a few. If you have special requests, please contact our concierge staff and we will help you to the best of our ability.

Are food and beverages included in the daily rate? ↑

No, food and beverages are not included in the daily rate. We do, however, offer grocery shopping services. Please send us your food and beverage preferences (noting any food allergies, etc.) and your villa will be stocked upon your arrival. Pacific Luxury Villas will present all original receipts/invoices along with our invoice, which includes a ten (10) percent service charge.

What's not included in the daily rate? ↑

Incidentals including food and beverages, local and long distance telephone charges, staff gratuities, etc.

Do you offer babysitting services? ↑

Yes, professional babysitting services are available with surcharge.

How far is our villa from the beach club? ↑

A private beach, Playa Rosa, is located approximately 5 minutes away.

How safe is Playa Rosa beach? ↑

Playa Rosa is a nice calm, safe beach.
