Careyes is beautiful all year, featuring a micro-climate that is unique on the west coast of Mexico. From December to May, the winter and dry season arrives to the area, you will find the best climate conditions with low humidity, a constant breeze and perfect weather for enjoying the beach and ocean swimming (Temp average 68-78º F / 20-25º C) Careyes offers exciting fishing and diving until mid-February and is perfect for surfing and sailing in February and March.

October and November have the best light for photography, offering the same charm as summer with cooler temperatures and little to no rainfall.

The summer months are green, lush and boast, ocean temperatures around 32° C (90 F). From July through October, it does not rain more than 25 days, when it does, it is normally in the evening or at night. Storms and skies are beautiful and although it is humid and a bit warmer than usual, a permanent sea breeze allows a comfortable temperature that attracts many visitors that are witness of the amazing metamorphosis that occurs when nature and life are renewed.
